Stefan Lünse - Head chef

Stefan Lünse – charming, popular and known for his good deeds. A head chef and colleague you wish for. In his mothers kitchen and grandads backery he loved to help, even as a little boy. He knew from the beginning that that was his destiny. His personal passion, as he calls it, can be act out in our kitchen. 16 different courses, changing every day, freshly prepared every night – a luxury breakfast buffet as well as a children’s menu für the children’s restaurant. Stefan keeps his composure, let it be preparing 1200 plates on a Saturday evening or ordering some of his over 100 articles for his kitchen.
How does he do it? „I do all this with passion. Whatever i do comes from the heart and the guests can taste that in their dishes“. His daily routine is a combination: most of the time he is cooking, he also does admin work and takes care of everything else like cost controll and his 20 staff members of course. „Open communication with my employees is the most important thing for me. From the casserollier to the chef de partie. Only together we can achieve what we do here“.
