5 days a week we welcome our guests to alternating fitness lessons in our pavilion.

Body Balance Posture Training
With this Pilates oriented training you will achieve a better posture through muscle balance training and controlled breathing. The flowing movements concentrate mainly on the abdominal, pelvic and back muscles.
Duration: 45 minutes

Pilates
By activating the deep muscles and strengthening the back and abdominal muscles, you will achieve a good upright posture and beautiful body lines.
Duration: 45 minutes

Hatha Yoga
Yoga is a holistic exercise that involves body, mind and soul. By learning specific body exercises and breathing techniques, we can return to peace and serenity in the here and now. With the different Asanas (positions), the spine becomes smooth and upright.
Duration: 60 minutes

Registrations can be made at the spa reception. Participation in the fitness lessons is free of charge for hotel guests.
