The story of Alpeor began in the 1950s in Montreux, on the shores of Lake Geneva. At the Mirabeau health clinic, locally sourced plants were used to create the first beauty elixirs, which proved popular with guests and were often taken home with them.
That pioneering spirit still shapes Alpeor today. The brand believes in the remarkable regenerative potential of Alpine botanicals and combines this knowledge with modern skincare research.

The science behind Alpeor
Alpeor combines biotechnology with highly concentrated active ingredients from certified organic Alpine plants and Swiss mountain water. The result is high-performance skincare developed with a scientifically grounded approach, bringing together effective care and a distinctive sensory experience.
One of Alpeor’s key research sites is located at an altitude of around 2,000 metres. In its Alpine garden, the scientific team studies approximately 1,500 rare plant species, including some of the brand’s signature botanicals such as edelweiss, narcissus, Alpine rose and Rhodiola rosea.
