It is important to us that our employees can develop further. Job-related practical experience can be learned in the various departments at Lenkerhof. For all other training and further education, we are happy to make an individual arrangement.

Postgraduate studies for qualified hotel manager NDS HF
Every year we send a graduate of a hotel management school on to postgraduate studies, thereby bringing a new hotel manager onto the market each year.
Part-time Hotel Management School Thun
As a supplement to full-time study, Hotelfachschule Thun, as the first hotel management school in Switzerland, has also offered the part-time continuing education course to become a «dipl. Hôtelière-Restauratrice HF» or a «dipl. Hôtelier-Restaurateur HF» since 2017. The study model, which will take seven semesters from 2021, brings many advantages.
Management specialist
Management specialists take on leadership tasks in the lower to middle management of companies in various sectors and occupational fields. They conduct negotiations with different parties and review progress towards achieving the organisation’s goals.
Lenkerhof Academy
Various employees from the management team, board members, and external lecturers, coaches and mentors regularly run training sessions at Lenkerhof on a wide range of topics. Participation is always free of charge and voluntary.

Complete your qualification in hospitality in five weeks? We enable you to do a Progresso training course and pay you your full salary while you are away.
WSET
Training at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust would also be an option. The training is based on 3 levels and enjoys a very high international reputation.
