Employment conditions
- 43.5 working hours per week
- 5 weeks holiday + 6 public holidays
- 13th month salary is paid monthly
- Tips are paid in cash monthly to all employees
- Salary deductions for meals, social insurance and accommodation, and if applicable withholding tax

7sources beauty & spa
The name 7sources is no accident: the 7 springs, called „Siebenbrunnen“, form the source of the Simme. They rise from a mountain meadow above the Simmenfälle, directly at the massif of the Wildstrubel. On its journey through a unique landscape to the Thunersee, the Simme steadily passes its energy on to the surroundings. The spa, with its 9 saunas as well as rooms for treatments, massages, cosmetics and hairdressing, was completely renovated in 2022.
