Kids Rules
We are delighted that your children are travelling to Lenkerhof with you. For a successful stay for your family as well as all other guests, here are our "rules" for our little guests. So that everyone can enjoy a relaxed and restful time.
Alpine Playstation playroom
Supervised every day from 13:00 to 21:30. Play, crafts, fun and exciting moments are guaranteed (from 3 years). In the evening at 18:30 in the "Alpine Playstation" playroom, we serve the children what they like, without forgetting what they need. Due to the limited number of places in the children's restaurant, we recommend booking early. Please register by 17:30 at reception or directly with the childcare staff on extension 887. In consideration of the other guests, we ask you not to leave your children unattended in the restaurants. We will be very happy to help you warm up children's food. Please contact a member of staff in the restaurant/bar. This service is free of charge. We will also be happy to prepare warm or cold milk for your baby. We charge CHF 3.– per portion for this.
Digital and electronic devices with sound
Out of consideration for all other guests, we ask parents and children to use headphones or switch devices to silent when using digital media & devices with sound in all public areas of the resort.
Wet’n Wild
Every day from 07:30 to 17:30, children’s fun starts in the turbo chute, the climbing tank and the two pools. Dear parents, please note that your children do not have access to the wellness area outside these times. Thank you.
7sources sauna area
Children under 12 are strictly prohibited from entering the sauna area.
Access to the textile sauna area is permitted for children aged 12 to 16 when accompanied by adults. The nude area in the sauna landscape is permitted from the age of 16.
Babyphone
It is possible to establish a connection with your room telephone and the Réception, which serves as a baby monitor. It covers the following areas: restaurants, bar, hotel lobby and seminar rooms until 22:00.
Babysitter
Babysitters can usually be arranged through the hotel. Please let reception know in good time. We charge CHF 30.- per hour for 1 child and CHF 15.- for each additional child. You can cancel the babysitter free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Children's nappies
At the 7sources reception you can obtain swimming nappies so that even your youngest can bathe carefree. Without swimming nappies, bathing for small children (who still need nappies) is not permitted. Please note that nappy changing is not generally included in the childcare service. We therefore ask you to hand over your children to the childcare staff freshly changed. We will be happy to provide nappies in the hotel. We charge CHF 6.- per nappy.
Special
Dear parents, you are responsible for your children; the hotel accepts no liability. Please note that the corridor areas of the hotel are considered quiet zones out of consideration for the other guests. Please do not leave your children unattended there at any time.
