One of our most important aims is to offer our guests quality products and services that fully meet their needs. We want to put ourselves in the guests' position at all times, so that we can sense their expectations. Our services and offers should be demanding, innovative and relaxed. Guests should feel at ease in an atmosphere of attentiveness and friendliness.

In brochures, advertising and other internal and external forms of communication, we are truthful and careful in everything we say and write. This is intended to contribute to transparency, trust, a good working atmosphere and good relations with the media and authorities.

We listen to employees with specialist expertise, experience and wisdom. We promote these, among other things, through further training, because they are role models for others and suitable for taking on responsibility and leadership.

Our hotel has a clearly defined strategy and every employee knows clearly and in writing what is expected of them. This gives them security and fulfilment in their work and personality.

As management, we want to treat employees, guests and business partners fairly and honestly. We want to treat others as we ourselves would like to be treated. We employ employees based on our needs and their competence and clearly define our expectations. In return, employees are expected to carry out their duties with diligence and honesty. They do nothing that could create conflicts of interest with the aims of their own work, those of the hotel, the guests or suppliers, or otherwise damage hotel operations. In a spirit of teamwork, every employee should safeguard not only their own interests, but also those of the hotel operation.
- We handle our resources with care
Every employee is responsible for careful management of material and intellectual property as well as funds and other assets entrusted to them. Nothing belonging to the hotel may be used for personal gain or enrichment. The hotel and its employees protect the environment by complying with the relevant laws and the eco-concept.
- We stand for honesty and truth in our internal and external relations
As a company and as individuals, we strive for a reputation for integrity. We do not give or accept gifts to or from employees, guests or partners that ought not to be publicly declared. We report correctly to the state authorities. In relation to our competitors, we do not seek to distinguish ourselves through disparaging remarks, but through our own quality and competence.

We refrain from offering or promoting esotericism, religiously motivated Far Eastern practices, paramedicine, as well as from offering erotic films.
