Mountain Restaurant Bühlberg

Stylish, modern, chic - and yet still wonderfully rustic and down-to-earth, that is how things are on the Bühlberg. At «Lenks most beautiful sun terrace» at 1'664 m a.s.l., walkers and hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers, skiers and snowboarders are all catered for. And so are all the children letting off steam on the huge playground right outside the door.

Summer and winter alike, the inn serves authentic Swiss dishes with a modern touch, the finest cheese and milk straight from the mountain pasture. And of course the classics of a mountain inn, because anyone tackling the one- to one-and-a-half-hour route on foot or by mountain bike often simply fancies a good portion of Rösti.

But it is not only sportspeople who can be pleased that the Lenkerhof runs the Bühlberg. For there are many ways up the mountain: a large car park and a regular bus also make it easy for parents or grandparents with prams, wheelchair users or simply those who do not fancy the arduous uphill journey to get to the top comfortably. And from there, the view across Wildstrubel, Wildhorn and the Plaine Morte is truly breathtaking.
