From 30 April to 16 May 2026, the restaurant Oh de Vie will become the setting for a special experiment on three evenings a week: Jeunes Flammes – a pop-up driven by talent, courage and passion.
For three weeks, three apprentices will take full responsibility for both kitchen and service. They will run the restaurant with skill, conviction and fresh energy, offering an impressive glimpse of what the future of hospitality tastes like.

Each week one of the three apprentice chefs creates the menu.
