Celebrate Swiss National Day with a typically Swiss evening full of culinary delights and enjoy a selection of little surprises from 5.30 pm onwards. Our kitchen team has created a seasonal menu featuring a meat and fish option as well as a vegetarian menu, placing regional specialities and high-quality ingredients at the heart of the experience.

A special highlight awaits you at our cheese buffet: sample Le Gruyère AOP from the Vorderfultigen mountain cheese dairy in three different stages of maturity and discover how its aroma, texture and character develop with age.
