Earn miles with Miles & More
When booking direct, you can collect Miles & More award miles – ideal for future trips, upgrades or special experiences.

Please note: miles can only be credited if the total invoice amount is at least CHF 500. No miles will be awarded for bookings made in connection with events such as seminars, congresses, workshops, incentives or similar formats. Miles will also not be credited if the night before the event or an additional night is booked at a special group rate.

20% discount on wellness treatments during the week
Treat yourself to some well-deserved relaxation: as a direct booker, receive 20% off all wellness and beauty treatments from Sunday to Thursday. Ideal for starting the week relaxed or recharging your energy.

Exclusions: from 24 December until the end of the first week of January inclusive, as well as on public holidays.

Flexible cancellation policy
Should your travel plans change at short notice and the cancellation deadline has already passed, we will issue a one-time voucher for the full booking amount. The voucher can be redeemed within one year for a future stay.

Please note that these goodwill vouchers expire after their validity period and can no longer be redeemed thereafter. For stays from 24 December through the first week of January as well as during February, the standard cancellation policy applies; no vouchers will be issued for these periods.

*Note: Direct bookings are defined as room reservations made exclusively via the Lenkerhof website, by email, or by telephone. The direct booking benefit does not apply to reservations made through third-party platforms and/or bookings paid with vouchers, gift certificates, or similar instruments purchased via external e-commerce platforms. Group bookings benefiting from special conditions are also excluded from the direct booking benefit. The same applies to bookings made under special rates (staff deals, partner deals, etc.).
