Together, they form a homogeneous team that plays a key role in the success of the Lenkerhof. Every employee goes through a structured training programme in their department.
In addition to specific specialist expertise, the focus is also on entrepreneurial thinking and the development of their own personality and strengths.
Independent work challenges the employee, but does not overwhelm them. At their own request, they can gain experience in other departments as part of a job rotation and better understand interrelationships.

Beekeeper - Communication with Mitarbeitenden
At Lenkerhof we communicate via Beekeeper – a mobile platform for the entire workforce. The tool enables us to communicate better, coordinate more quickly and reach more employees. Duty rosters, sales figures, praise and criticism as well as important information are shared in real time on Beekeeper.
