«In December 2022 I started at Lenkerhof as Chef de Partie – in search of a new challenge. Just a few months later I became Junior Sous Chef, in May 2023 Sous Chef, and at the same time completed my further training to become head chef. In 2024 I took on more responsibility as head chef at Spettacolo and was also Stefan Lünse's deputy. Since May 2025 I have been Executive Chef and am now responsible for the entire kitchen management.
What excites me about Lenkerhof is the freedom to put our culinary passions into practice, the exceptional products and the close cooperation with local suppliers. I particularly appreciate the support for our employees too – here everyone gets the chance to develop further, and working with our motivated apprentices makes every day special.»

«My start at Lenkerhof began in 2010 with an apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist EFZ. After successfully completing it, I gained valuable professional experience in Luzern and in the Engadin. In 2017, I returned to Lenkerhof and have since been able to take on various positions, including Chef de Rang, host in the Oh de Vie, and interim Chef de Bar. Eventually, I was promoted to 1st Chef de Service. At the same time, I took the opportunity offered to me by Lenkerhof to further my training as a sommelier. Since the birth of my child, I have been working 40% as Chef de Service breakfast, combining my passion for hospitality with my role as a mother. I very much appreciate that Lenkerhof supports us in our professional development.»

«I started my career at Lenkerhof in November 2024 as a Chasseur in the Front Office Team. On 1 June 2025, I was promoted to Shift Leader and shortly afterwards to Front Desk Assistant. «I joined the Lenkerhof team in December 2023, looking for a new opportunity and hoping to begin a new chapter of my life in Switzerland. During the winter season, I first worked in housekeeping. I then returned to Portugal for a while, but in October 2024 I came back motivated to continue my journey at the hotel. In this second phase, I worked in both service and housekeeping, which gave me a broader insight into the hotel’s operations.
At present, I work as a Chasseur and also support the Kids Club. I deliberately chose to change roles because I am always looking for new challenges and find it exciting to understand how the different departments work together. I am convinced that, through this insight into the daily tasks of my colleagues, I can grow both personally and professionally and thus contribute more effectively to the team’s success.»

«In September 2021, my career at Lenkerhof began as Head of the Housekeeping team. After more than eight years’ experience in Housekeeping management, I decided in March 2024 to pursue further professional development and took the internal step to the reception. There I started as Front Desk Assistant and was promoted to Front Office Manager within a year.
Alongside my operational duties, I am involved as a vocational trainer in supporting and guiding our young talent – a role that is particularly close to my heart.
