The highlight of our restaurants. At Restaurant Spettacolo, as part of the Gourmet-Packages, you can choose 6 from 15 changing dishes every day. In the cleverly composed dishes, freshly prepared and presented for you every day by Executive Chef Anja Jungo and her team, you will find predominantly local and Swiss products. The so-called icing on the cake is our cheese buffet with over 30 cheese specialities. Gault Millau awards this restaurant concept 15 points.
We are happy to take special requests such as vegan dishes, food intolerances and similar into account as far as we are able; the creations of our Executive Chef will delight you. Our varied and balanced wine list offers the right bottle for every taste, adding a special touch to your culinary experience.
