The highlight of our restaurants. At Restaurant Spettacolo, as part of the Gourmet-Packages, you can choose 6 from 15 changing dishes every day. In the cleverly composed dishes, freshly prepared and presented for you every day by Executive Chef Anja Jungo and her team, you will find predominantly local and Swiss products. The so-called icing on the cake is our cheese buffet with over 30 cheese specialities. Gault Millau awards this restaurant concept 15 points.

We are happy to take special requests such as vegan dishes, food intolerances and similar into account as far as we are able; the creations of our Executive Chef will delight you. Our varied and balanced wine list offers the right bottle for every taste, adding a special touch to your culinary experience.

"The Gallery" is part of the Spettacolo restaurant and offers the perfect setting for a family celebration or a seminar dinner in a private setting.
Cheese buffet

The cheese buffet in the Spettacolo restaurant is a dream for cheese lovers! From raw milk cheeses to pasteurised and thermised varieties, it has it all. Try your way through over 30 mostly local varieties - alongside long-established varieties such as a "Gruyère" and "Emmentaler", you will find insider tips such as a "Lenker Berg Bleu" or a "Sommerhimu".
Lenker Stube

Styled in a rustic manner and filled with plenty of daylight, our Lenker Stube, as part of the Spettacolo restaurant, is perfectly suited for private occasions and celebrations.

Celebrate Swiss National Day with a typically Swiss evening full of culinary delights and enjoy a selection of little surprises from 5.30 pm onwards. Our kitchen team has created a seasonal menu featuring a meat and fish option as well as a vegetarian menu, placing regional specialities and high-quality ingredients at the heart of the experience.

A special highlight awaits you at our cheese buffet: sample Le Gruyère AOP from the Vorderfultigen mountain cheese dairy in three different stages of maturity and discover how its aroma, texture and character develop with age.
