The highlight of our restaurants. In the Spettacolo restaurant, you can choose 6 out of 15 different dishes every day as part of the gourmet package. In the artfully elaborated dishes, which are freshly prepared and presented to you daily by executive chef Anja Jungo and his team, you will find mainly local and Swiss products. The so-called icing on the cake is our cheese buffet with over 30 cheese specialities. Gault Millau awards 16 points for this restaurant concept.
Special wishes such as vegan dishes, food intolerances etc. will be taken into account within the scope of our possibilities, the creations of our chef will inspire you. Our varied and balanced wine list offers the right bottle for every taste, giving your culinary experience a special touch.
