Following the great success in May, Future Chefs is returning for its second edition.
From 8 to 31 October 2026, the Oh de Vie restaurant will once again be taken over by our three apprentices from Thursday to Saturday. During these “Wild Weeks”, everything will revolve around creative game dishes and carefully selected wine pairings.
Throughout this period, our three apprentices Janis, Loïc and Colin will once again take full responsibility for both the kitchen and service. They will run the restaurant independently, contribute their own ideas and put into practice everything they have learnt in their day-to-day training.
The result is an authentic insight into the next generation of gastronomy. We look forward to welcoming you.

Please note that the Oh de Vie restaurant will remain closed on all the other days.
